Currently accepting lessons for 2nd level students and below: Ashley Knapp is trained in classical dressage, having just come off of a year as a working student for the top medal producing rider in Maryland. The foundation of dressage is her focus, with emphasis on softness, steadiness in the contact, and effectiveness and timing of the aids. Ashley is currently developing her own horse through the levels- an 8 year old Warmblood cross that was rescued from New Holland auction, and has done so independently with the guidance of her trainer. Ashley stays active within the dressage community, regularly organizing clinics and demonstrations with current FEI riders.
